All purchases are final & we employ a no-refund policy for our in-person events

Purchase risk is always factored into our low prices. Items have not been tested by our staff, but customers are invited to bring whatever equipment they may need to briefly test their already purchased items while onsite (Power outlets will be made available to customers). Sole exception to no-return policy: If a purchased item proves to be defective prior to the customers' departure from the property, a return will be accepted.
