*Buyer of this particular lot responsible for arranging private removal between October 7th & October 12th (item will not be released during advertised curbside pickup hours). Buyer responsible for hiring a properly insured piano mover with the capability to remove the piano from second floor patio using a crane (interior staircase is too narrow to use for removal). Item will not be released unless customer arrives with a professional, and a refund will not be issued. Buyer enters property at their own risk.
